How long does each therapy session take?
That will be determined on our first evaluation session based on the client's unique needs and individual treatment plan. Evaluation sessions (first sessions) will last 53-60 minutes including documentation.
Do you take insurance?
I take some Optum and Aetna plans through Alma. If you are interested in using your insurance please contact me by email and I will send you a form through Alma that will tell both you and I if I take your insurance and what the estimated copay would be. If I don't take your insurance and you would like to use your out of network I can also provide you with a “Superbill” (receipt of payment) with the pertinent information for you to submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement of a portion of the fee, depending on your insurance (benefits, deductible, etc.). It would be your full responsibility to handle your insurance.
What is your fee? Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Currently my fee is $250, with a sliding scale of $150-$250.
What is your treatment modality?
I incorporate different treatment modalities depending on each individual case.
